I keep getting timeouts on my requests!

While unlikely, our servers may be offline for updates or maintenance. However, we would certainly inform you in such a case. You may get timeouts for a variety of other reasons, such as:

• There is an issue with your network connection.
• You are using “Best of” and a really long prompt. After 30 seconds without a response, each request times out. Therefore, even certain valid requests, if they are computationally intensive, may time out. If the issue persists, please contact our support: support@aleph-alpha.com.
