How can I change my email address?
Currently, there is no way to change your email address from within our app. But feel free to shoot our support (email@example.com) a message and we’ll work it out!
How can I change my password?
Simply click on the profile icon at the top right of your screen. Then click on "Account" and then "Change password". You will be prompted to enter your old password and your new password.
I want to know more about the API token.
Beware, there may be some confusion here, as there’s two types of tokens relevant for the usage of our technology. First, there’s the API token. It is sent with each query and proves that the sender has the right to use our service. If you use the playground, this is done automatically. However, when using our Python client, make sure to include it in your code! Make sure that no third party gets access to your token. If you feel that your token may have been compromised, please contact us! Second, there’s tokens that our model uses for generation purposes. Text is “translated” into tokens, fed into the AI and then “translated” back. Find our documentation for more detail.
I have trouble logging in.
There could be many reasons for you not being able to log in. Standard troubleshooting methods include:
- Checking the spelling of your password/email address.
- Restarting your browser.
- Using a different browser.
- Deleting cookies and emptying your browser cache.
- Restarting your device.

Can I get a corporate account?
We are currently working on implementing the corporate account feature. If you want to use Aleph Alpha technology for your business, simply hit us up. You can reach us at the following email address: email@example.com.
I wish to delete my account.
We are sad that you have decided to leave us. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work it out. We will then proceed to delete your account and refund any unused credits.
