How can I change my email address?
Currently, there is no way to change your email address from within our app. But feel free to shoot our support (firstname.lastname@example.org) a message and we’ll work it out!
How can I change my password?
Simply click on the profile icon at the top right of your screen. Then click on "Account" and then "Change password". You will be prompted to enter your old password and your new password.
I want to know more about the secret user token.
Beware, there may be some confusion here, as there’s two types of tokens relevant for the usage of our technology. First, there’s the secret user token. It is sent with each query and proves that the sender has the right to use our service. If you use the web-playground, this is done automatically. However, when using our python API, make sure to include it in your code! Make sure that no third party gets access to your token. If you feel that your token may have been compromised, please contact us! Second, there’s tokens that our model uses for generation purposes. Text is “translated” into tokens, fed into the AI and then “translated” back. Find our documentation for more detail.
