User Management

PhariaOS is the central place to control who can access PhariaAI and which components they can access. You need to have the "Admin" role assigned to your user account in order to manage users.

Onboarding Users

As an administrator, you can add new users to PhariaAI in 3 different ways:

  1. Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)
  2. Enable user self-sign-up
    • If you enabled user self-sign-up, users will see an option to create an account themselves when trying to log in to PhariaAI. You can restrict who is able to sign-up.
  3. Manually creating users
    • To create a new user in PhariaAI, go to PhariaOS (see How to access PhariaOS) and select “Access” > “Users”.
    • Click “Create User” in the top right corner. Fill in the first name, last name and email of the new user.
    • Set the user’s roles to grant them access to the parts of PhariaAI they need access to (see Access Control). Click “Create” in the top right corner to create the user. User Creation Form
    • Copy the password for the new user before closing the dialog. You can reset the password later. Copy User Password

Editing User Accounts

You can find the list of all users in PhariaOS under “Access” > “Users”. Use the search feature to locate a user by their email address. Clicking the three dot icon at the right side of a list entry will show you the options for a user account.

When you want to remove a user’s access to PhariaAI without deleting the account, you can deactivate the user. Locate the user you wish to deactivate in the list. Click the three dot icon at the right end of the list entry to display the options and select “Deactivate”. The user’s status changes to “Inactive”.

Alternatively, you can click on the list entry to edit the user and toggle the “Status” switch off.

Deleting a User

To delete a user in PhariaAI, find the user you want to delete in the list and click the three dot icon on the list entry. Select “Delete” and confirm to delete the user.
