Access Control

User permissions within PhariaAI are managed in a role-based system. Users may be assigned one or more roles. Each role grants access to specific parts of PhariaAI. Adding multiple roles will combine all access granted by each role.

List of Roles​

  • Assistant User: Access to PhariaAssistant
  • Studio User: Access to PhariaStudio
  • OS User: Access to PhariaOS, except for user management
  • Admin: Access to all PhariaAI components, including user management in PhariaOS

Default Roles for Newly Registered Users​

When a new user registers or logs in with SSO for the first time, they are assigned the Assistant User role by default. This means that they are automatically granted access to the PhariaAssistant.
