Authentication and Account Details
To Access the Assistant Application
- Navigate to the Assistant link provided by your administrator.
- You will see an Assistant login screen.
- Log into the application using your Assistant credentials (email address and password).
- Click "Sign In," and you will be logged into the application.
To Reset Your Password
- Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen.
- The password reset screen will open.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the "Send Reset Email" button.

Please note: You will receive a reset link with instructions on how to reset your password via email. Please follow the instructions provided. If you didn’t receive the email, please contact your administrator.
To Sign Out from the Assistant
- Navigate to the right corner of the top bar.
- Click on the user icon.
- Click on the "Sign out" option.
To Change the Interface Language
You can change the language of the Assistant’s interface to English or German.
- Navigate to the right corner of the top bar.
- Click on the language code "EN" or "DE."
- Select from English or Deutsch language.
- The language of the interface is automatically changed.
