Unassigns a filter index config from an assigned (search) index.

DELETE 
/collections/:namespace/:collection/indexes/:index/filter_indexes/:filterIndex

Unassigns a filter index config from an assigned (search) index. Subsequent searches on the index will no longer be able to use the filter.
