Authentication, access and account details

Accessing PhariaAssistant​

  1. Navigate to the PhariaAssistant link provided by your administrator. This opens the login screen.
  2. Log into PhariaAssistant using your credentials (email address and password).
  3. Click "Sign In," and you will be logged into the application.

Resetting your password​

  1. Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen. This opens the password reset screen.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click the "Send Reset Email" button.

You will receive an email with a reset link, along with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, contact your administrator.

Signing out from PhariaAssistant​

  1. Navigate to the right corner of the top bar.
  2. Click on the user icon.
  3. Click on the "Sign Out" option.

Changing the interface language​

The language of PhariaAssistant's interface can be set to English or German.

  1. Navigate to the right corner of the top bar.
  2. Click on the language code EN (for English) or DE (for German) to open the language selection list. Select either EN or DE.

The language of the interface is automatically changed.
