Create a steering concept (BETA)

Upload a description of a new steering concept, i.e. a list of negative and positive examples. This steering concept can then be used in completion and chat requests to steer the model's answers.

This request is idempotent. Sending the same steering concept twice will return the same ID.

Note: This is a BETA feature and might not be available in your installation of PhariaAI.
